I enjoyed my first stay here. The apartment is within a 5-minute walking distance of the San Diego malls, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was nice and clean and had a great view. The amenities were good, and I was able to use the co-working space. I plan to stay here again.

It's simple yet coasy and modern place. It has a really quick gym and some jacuzzis and a sauna. Also the co-working area is quite comfortable. Regarding the rooms, the bed is very okay and it's well equiped with a small fridge, stove, microwave, and kitchen ware. Very close to San Diego station which is the first bus stop coming from the airport. It is well okay Ted if you're planning to come to plaza mayor convention Center.

It was exactly what I expected. I felt safe, and they were very helpful when I had questions. The apartment was clean, and as it was in the pictures. I would stay there again. It was very quiet, a good location.

Is my second time staying here the rooms are great and parking space is spacious and always available, my biggest issue is that you can’t enjoy the amenities there’s hot tubs but there never on use there’s always a excuse of why there not available Overral the place and the location is great

The room is good but they can improve on the amenities. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No soap nothing in the bathroom also. No kitchen towel, nothing to clean if you spill anything. The AC was making a lot of noise. We love the place because it's very central but they can make improvements.

The staff was great, but we're not able to help us ultimately. The room was clean. We had multiple ptoblems with this property. First, out shower head barely worked, the water pressure was unusable. We notified the staff, and the maintainance man fixed the shower head. Then, there was a hot water outage. Out of the 7 days we stayed there, there was only hot water 5 days. We asked for compensation and they said they couldn't help us. While the staff seemed empathetic, they could not fix the water issue nor would be able to compensate. In any case, we asked management to discuss with us, but they did not show up when we checked out. After multiple messages, they did not care. We do not recommend this property. Also, Expedia could not help either, all they offered was a $75 Expedia credit which is joke when they're making money off these listed properties.
