Very nice apartment. Comfortable, big. Just a little boise when we open the water, probably from a pump, but other than that everything was fine. Also the location was spot on. I can be quite judgmental at times, but this apartment was very good.

Excellent location, great sized room, modern and updated. No complaints at all. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and efficient. I would definitely stay here again. The location is so good, it's worth a second mention!

Anytime we had to use water (toilet, shower, sink) there was a terrible sound coming through the whole apartment (high-pitch sound) which can wake you up at night. Not just from the apartment, but also from the neighbour. All day, all night. Add to this construction noise, it was just awful. The air conditioning remote could not be raised and stayed at 17C for the length of our stay in the living room, freezing. Getting a hold of the owner was difficult, he asked for a video of the noise, but never responded when I asked him where I should send it. Beds were made up one time during the week, towels were not changed. There are so many hotels in Palermo, I don't understand why this apartment is offered through Expedia, I really don't recommend this place, unless sleep is not important for you.

I have mixed feelings about this property, but unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Cons: * Very poor support when problems arise. The most frustrating part of our stay was being locked out of the apartment for several hours in the heat with no assistance from the property. The door has a lock that requires some specific “tricks” to open, which we were not aware of. We ended up stuck in the corridor, which was extremely hot and had almost no airflow, for hours. We repeatedly called the property but no one answered. We eventually called the police, but they could not break the lock without the owner being present. * The apartment feels cheaply maintained. The comforter had a plastic cover underneath and looked extremely old and worn. The hot water stopped working when we showered for more than a few minutes, and several other things in the apartment were either not working properly or felt poorly maintained. * Very noisy at night. The street was extremely loud throughout the night, particularly from motorcycles, making it difficult to sleep. Pros: * The welcome agent was patient and accommodating with our late check-in. * The apartment is spacious. * Great location.
