Excellent Experience – Would Definitely Return This hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal for travelers who want to explore the city easily. A wonderful stay overall. Super clean room with all the amenities we needed. Super easy check in and helpful staff. Know that this is not fully staffed at all times, which works great for us. Washer/dryer was a nice add on. Family of four with two teenagers and had plenty of room. Great location near metro station and Gion neighborhood

Staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, very clean, nice bathroom. I like how they are eco friendly and only provide the necessities. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Our stay at Minn Kawaramachi exceeded all expectations and was perfect for our family. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and the instructions to get to our room were clear and easy to follow. We were impressed by how spacious the room was, especially the convenient layout featuring two toilets, a separate bath, and a dedicated vanity area that made getting ready a breeze.

I didn’t like this hotel, don’t book there. We stayed there for 3 nights and They never cleaned the room, nobody was at the front desk; there’s always a sign saying they’re outside the property.

Great location, Nice & spacious property! Contact-less check in process had glitches, so a person ended up helping. Remote concierge service was hit & miss (without local app called Line). Initial cleaning can be improved (found litters & hairs upon check in, which ruins all the hard work)

O apartamento em si é bom e extremamente espaçoso, principalmente para o Japão. Porém, não é um hotel e sim um apart-hotel (o que não estava especificado no perfil do anúncio). Não há staff de plantão, sendo uma possibilidade que você precise fazer um self-check in. Não há nenhum tipo de serviço de recepção para qualquer necessidade que o hóspede possa ter. No apartamento: cama confortável, ótimo banheiro e chuveiro, porém, não há blackout nas janelas e o ar condicionado fica no teto bem em cima da cama. Tudo dentro do apartamento está apenas em japonês, inclusive o controle do ar, dificultando muito o uso. O apartamento conta com mini cozinha e máquina de lavar roupas, o que é ótimo.
