Excellent Experience – Would Definitely Return This hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location is ideal for travelers who want to explore the city easily. A wonderful stay overall. Our stay at Minn Kawaramachi exceeded all expectations and was perfect for our family. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and the instructions to get to our room were clear and easy to follow. We were impressed by how spacious the room was, especially the convenient layout featuring two toilets, a separate bath, and a dedicated vanity area that made getting ready a breeze.

Great location, Nice & spacious property! Contact-less check in process had glitches, so a person ended up helping. Remote concierge service was hit & miss (without local app called Line). Initial cleaning can be improved (found litters & hairs upon check in, which ruins all the hard work)

The place looks new and well maintained. We all loved that we can leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Only a few minutes walk from Old Kyoto.
