Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened.
How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean.
Not friendly and helpful customer service.
Not going to choose this
brand again when travelling around.
Not recommend this for others
