Pros: room was clean, centrally located to restaurants, metro, nightlife. Biometrics entry. Cons: construction in the daytime, toilet clogged. Biometrics only worked on one of two guests. Communication was easy with their customer service but I did have to reach out to them when my security clearance hadn’t been completed. I would recommend this place but with caution.

Pros: bien localizado y equipado (aunque las sábanas de la cama no son del tamaño adecuado) , moderno, confortable, seguro, linda piscina y servicios. Cons: el proceso del check in es malo, tuve que esperar en la calle por mas de tres horas luego del horario de ingreso, 15 hs. (no hay recepción para sentarse, ir al baño o cargar un celular, seguridad no recibe equipaje). Luego de varios contactos para acceder a la unidad, la representante de la empresa, Srta. Larissa, se comprometió a las 15:30 a "verificar con el equipo de limpieza que la unidad estuviera lista para darme la clave de ingreso". Sin embargo, pasaron las horas no obtuve respuesta, y solo tuve acceso a la unidad cuando reclamé a las 18 hs, tres horas después del horario en el que debía haber ingresado a la unidad.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Quarto limpo e o prédio possui uma estrutura incrível com piscina, academia e coworking. Também conta com mercado, farmácia e shopping muito próximo.

O apartamento estava exatamente como na foto, confortável e moderno. Além de uma pequena cozinha, conta com cafeteira nespresso, que ajuda muito! A roupa de banho e cama são novas e de qualidade. Só uma pequena sugestão de melhoria, poderiam colocar cortina também na porta de acesso à sacada, pois deixa o quarto muito claro quando o sol nasce.

Lugar incrivel, apto muito limpo, bem decorado, maquina com cafezinho, cama confortavel, chuveiro delicioso. Só fiquei em dúvida se teria algum estacionamento por perto quando for de carro. Amei tudo!!!

O quarto era muito pequeno porém fiel as fotos, a cama confortável. Atendimento via WhatsApp foi rápido pois ao receber a confirmação da reserva notei que precisava receber um código e já estava indo para a hospedagem. Fiz a reserva 2h antes de entrar na hospedagem. No final foi tudo ótimo.

Flat novo, bem localizado, excelente cama e lençóis. Somente o reconhecimento facial, q havíamos feito no dia anterior ao check-in, não estava no sistema. Mas, ao chegar, a portaria resolveu o problema. Eu indicaria e voltaria a me hospedar!
