The Napa Residences

Along with 2 restaurants, this smoke-free aparthotel has an attached winery and a full-service spa. Self parking is free. Additionally, an outdoor pool, a bar/lounge and a snack bar/deli are on-site. Each apartment provides a washing machine and a coffee/tea maker, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with digital channels. Additional amenities include an espresso maker, free weekday newspapers and free bottled water. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Napa Residences offers 11 air-conditioned accommodations with espresso makers and complimentary bottles of water. 55-inch flat-screen televisions come with digital channels. Bathrooms include slippers, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

The room was exactly as advertised. Do keep in mind this is a private property stay and not a hotel/motel hospitality. If you need housekeeping services, it’s an extra fee. Parking is included, in front of the property, just a few short steps away. Furniture is comfortable and in good condition. All appliances and utilities worked perfectly. We had a great stay!

A dream stay in Wine Country! This was the perfect home base for our Napa Valley getaway. The property is stunning and located just a short drive from some of the best wineries in the region. We loved coming back after a day of tastings to relax by the fire pit. The room was luxurious, the linens were high-quality, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The perfect romantic escape. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay in Napa, this is it. The views of the vineyards at sunset were breathtaking. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the evening wine social and the delicious breakfast options. It’s rare to find a place that feels this intimate and upscale at the same time. Great stay at The Napa Residences. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent — quiet but still close to restaurants, the beach, and everything you need. Perfectly situated for the ultimate Napa experience. This was the best home base we could have asked for. We were just minutes away from downtown Napa’s world-class restaurants and a short drive to the iconic wineries of Yountville and St. Helena. The concierge was extremely helpful with tasting recommendations and dinner reservations. The property itself is pristine and very quiet. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Napa condo! The space was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a long weekend of wine tasting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to all the wineries we had on our list. The host was super responsive and check-in was seamless. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches throughout the unit — it felt like a home, not just a rental. Would absolutely stay here again on our next Napa trip. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay for the week. Beautiful view of the golf course and only a couple miles from downtown Napa. The resort had a really cute Christmas tree lighting during our stay with live music and free snacks and hot chocolate. It was so fun and festive!

Nicely laid out condo on beautiful property. Can utilize some of the Silverado benefits, which is a wonderful resort/golf course. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, with few dishes, no baking sheets, and no extra garbage bags, paper towels or kleenex, which we had to purchase. Everything was very clean, with great views and both a front and back porch. Heat was confusing and we couldn't always get it to kick on, maybe some instructions around that would be helpful. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely stay here again.

This was a relatively affordable place in a lovely quiet resort setting. But it needs some work. All the linens and curtains are stained and old. The whole place needs a paint job and most of the furniture needs replacing. It is clean enough, but shabby and a little ick. The pool is nice but no hot tub. The room is very cramped, but it has a nice patio (with old furniture). The TV is big, but the satellite service was annoying. There was a lot of information but all poorly generated AI and odd emails offering nickel and dime add ons and poorly timed suggestions of things to do. If price is your main concern, this may be good enough, but disappointing.

Very outdated property that is misrepresented through the photos and the description. I booked it because it said it had a washer and dryer but it did not. There was also no bottled water but instead a pitcher of water on the counter which I do not trust. The charger and microwave were not plugged in. It’s a bit more than a 5 minute walk to the resort. I stayed for 5 days because it was prepaid. I would not stay again. Once inside the room it felt more like a motel room.
