Ingen ting stämde med beskrivning gen eller bilder. Det finns ingen sandstrand överhuvudtaget, fast de har beskrivit boendet som ett hus på sandstranden med solsängar. Det finns inget wifi. Ingen städning överhuvudtaget på 2 veckor. Rummet ser inte ut som på bilden. Mycket var tradigt, fullt med myror och gamla slitna möbler. En orange tradig plychsoffa för två. Vi hade bokat för fem personer. Det fanns inte glas och bestick för fem utan för tre. Vi fick köpa eget. Poolen var grön och gick inte att bada i. Fler än vi försökte klaga, men inget hände. Tom AI bilder i reklamen. På korten finns en vit byggnad med sandstrand och solsängar. Det existerar inte utan är AI. Där finns i verkligheten en kyrka och stenremsa innan havet. Där går inte bada för det är fullt med havsborrar. Skulle kalla detta bedrägeri. Vi fick ingen hjälp av hotels.com på plats heller. Trots fyra mail och försök att nå dem även på telefon. Detta förstörde mycket av vår semester.
