I had a wonderful stay at Settle Inn Mirage Boutique Hotel this past weekend. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything was spotless and well‑maintained, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. What impressed me most was how affordable it was without compromising on comfort or quality. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt.

My stay at the hotel was amazing from start to finish. The receptionists were very welcoming and made check-in smooth and easy. All the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism really made a difference during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

When we first arrived we couldnt find the place because there was no sign out front. Then we get to our room and sit on the bed and the whole thing collapsed to the ground. They gave us a second room immediately but it was much smaller and filthy. And the bed was built wrong and had a piece of wood sticking out the my daughter hit her face on. We where supposed to stay 3 days we left the next morning and they agreed to refund us when we spoke in person but refused to answer expedia so expedia couldnt approve it. Terrible experience if i could give negative stars i would.

We boekten een kamer voor 3 personen, met balkon of terras. Kregen een kamer met enkel een raam en een bed te kort. Een passende kamer was niet mogelijk die avond. Het extra bed voor onze zoon was een uitdaging; men begreep niet dat er ook een laken, kussen of deken bij nodig was. We denken dat men het ook vreemd vond dat we vroegen voor een extra bed. Met een zoon van 15 jaar lijkt ons dat geen vreemde vraag. En we betaalden voor 3 personen... De dag erna was er niemand aan de receptie om te overleggen over de kamer met balkon of terras waarvoor we betaalden. Uiteindelijk was er een dame die ons een geschikte kamer bood. Vervolgens hebben wij ons wel geamuseerd, maar het bleef een vreemde situatie: ontbijt werd op de kamer gebracht. Was overigens van slechte kwaliteit. Of je kreeg gewoonweg niets. Je kreeg 1 bordje bij het ontbijt. Onze kamer werd ook niet schoongemaakt. Schone handdoeken moesten we zelf zoeken en pakken. Toiletpapier was al gelijk op. Dat hebben we maar zelf gekocht. Al was het vinden van een winkel een uitdaging: men wist zelf niet waar een winkel was. Uiteindelijk iemand op straat aangehouden met de vraag ons tegen betaling te brengen. Er was in het hele hotel geen enkele tafel. Er waren bij het zwembad 3 zonnebedjes, 3 bijzettafeltjes en 6 tuinstoelen. We hebben ons echt afgevraagd vanuit welke visie er werd gewerkt. 1 dame was er dag en nacht en werkte zich rot. De rest ging naar een kamer en je zag hen dan soms 2 uur op een bank zitten, niets doen...
