Tudo ok menos a troca de toalhas que teria que pagar , quando reclamei a proprietária deu 2 dias de favor mas pra quem passou 13 dias é triste lamentável deveria cobrar na reserva e informar na reserva não 1 dia antes quando recebemos um documento informando está situação

A hospedagem foi boa. A piscina era aquecida e pudemos aproveitar bem. O parque aquático nao estava incluso. Eu achei que estava. Quem faz a reserva com o hotel tem direito ao parque pois eles ja incluemno valor. Quando voce aluga do proprietario de fracao nao tem direito. Eu li no site do hotel e falam que todos que hospedam no hotel di roma exclusive tem direito. Isso nao confere.

Honesto e confortável pelo valor.

Quarto confortável, camas boas, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, piscinas OK. Faltaria atrativo para criança na piscina infantil. Café da manhã variado, destaque para o pessoal da tapioca e omelete. Pessoal da limpeza faz barulho no corredor cedinho, precisaria dessa delicadeza do silêncio. Gostei e recomendo.

Hotel muito bom organização perfeita gostei do processo de check-in um lado para entrada outra pra saida. Tem Estacionamento pra todos. Acompanhei limpeza das piscinas todas as noites perfeito. O unico defeito quando hotel esta cheio o elevador fica muito lento. Roupas de cama e toalhas super limpos. Indico uma pintura nova no quarto q fiquei. Amei ter microondas e varal de chao. Um Diferencial no quarto 312.

PÉSSIMO É POUCO. CUIDADO!

Pessoal, definitivamente, esqueçam essa "avaliação" - "Fantástico". O hotel é simplesmente horrível. Velho, mal cuidado. O banheiro fede a esgoto - e muito. O enxoval está em estado lastimável! Imeginem: a espera de um elevador para subir ao quarto chega a levar 10 minutos!! Sem beincadeira: 10 min! O atendimento da equipe deixa muito a desejar. Para fazer meu check-out, tive que aguardar 5 minutos no guichê, na frente do funcionário, esperando ele instruir um novo funcinário no uso do sistema. Somente depois que ele "resolveu o problema dele", é que prosseguiu com o meu check-out. Precisei ficar nesse hotel pelo fato de estar ocorrendo nele um evento da empresa que represento. Mas, como Caldas Novas oferece muitas opções, não exitem e fujam dele.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar

No geral foi boa. A unica reclamação é que me hospedei na quinta... e nessa noite meu ap estava sem cobertor e sem tapete no banheiro. so vi isso me arrumando pra dormir e nessa mesma hora o telefone do meu quarto estava mudo. Porem na sexta consegui resolver tudo. Mas fica a dica.

Atendeu a minha família

Local agradável bom, dois porém a musica sertaneja o dia todo é força a barra e um caso isolado a atendente do café da manhã constrangeu minha neta de 11 ano que estava de short e biquine na parte superior fez ela se enrolar na toalha, tratava-se de uma criança, fora que outras da mesma idade e tamanho usava vestimentas iguais

Hotel bem básico. A vantagem foi a proximidade do parque aquático do complexo. Tudo limpo e bem cuidado, mas sem aconchego. Foi bem prático com restaurante self-service com várias opções.

ruim.O quarto não tem 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Tem 1 cama de casal e uma bicama.A sauna não funciona. Agua da piscina com mau cheiro a noite. Ar condicionado sem as aletas de direção e dando estalos durante a noite.Elevadores demorados.Fui reclamar e falaram que o quarto era de particular. Não entendi nada pois reservei por este site.
