Very good location. Clean room. Room as described. If you are travelling in hot weather then recommend really considering whether to avoid booking this place, as the room air conditioning is not powerful and room can get warm as a result.

Great location and cozy

It’s a great location! Walking distance to transportation, shops, restaurants, to museums and Prenzlauerberg. Check in was easy, room cozy, we took one with balcony and ate breakfast there every morning. Will come back it was so great.

The location was great near museum island. We liked the washer and dryer app as we knew when it was done. We were on the 5 th floor with a huge balcony. Here are some improvements needed. We stayed 6 nights and as this is an apartment hotel there is no room service. There is a cabinet with supplies but it is limited. Staying for 6 nights we did not have enough garbage bags. So it accumulated and started to smell in the heat. This hotel does not have central air conditioning and what is provided is a portable unit where you must vent it out the patio door. That would be ok except it was nearly 40 degrees and the hot air from the door being open would be greater than the cool air generated. Suggestion is to make an exterior vent so you do not need to open the patio door. This would also save on electricity. We also had issues with the elevator button as it is a screen touch system and would not recognize the finger.

It’s a digital hotel so make sure you download the NUMA app so you can easily gain access. And it ain’t the easiest to find but once you know where it is, you know. But it’s spacious and clean. Location was good but could be a little noisy at night with why I think were cleaners doing the local streets but why at such an ungodly hour?? Still not the hotels fault. All up it’s close to transport, very roomy and good value.
