I was stranded outside my hotel room for nearly three hours late at night, completely isolated and helpless. There was no hotel receptionist, and worse, no emergency contact number to communicate with the hotel. With the help of the police, hotel staff finally opened the door for me. I thought I would have to spend the night on the hotel reception floor, all because I forgot my room key card. It was a terrible experience.

Gran experiencia, todo fue increíble, el personal es sumamente atento y el apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, tiene una gran vista a una parte de la catedral y la cama y lo demás son súper cómodas. Muy recomendable.
