No hot water, at best luke warm. At night, very noisy due to being near clubs and bars (the hosts did provide ear plugs).

The room was ok, but there was lots of little bugs everywhere. The courtyard entrance had rats and the building up to the apartment looked derelict. There was no instructions for cooker or coffee machine.
