Infelizmente não tive acesso ao café da manhã incluído e cobrado como adicional, fui informado pela recepção do hotel, o que foi constrangedor, entrei em contato com a empresa responsável pela hospedagem e simplesmente um dia após, tive um retorno que me informou que não haveria esse acesso, apenas comprovar, apenas me disseram para aguardar um retorno que nunca houve, fiz check-out e não falaram comigo! O caso foi resolvido pela hoteis.com que me fez o reembolso. Péssima gestão, apesar do local ser bem localizado.

A localização e o tamanho do apartamento são excelentes porém algumas coisas deixam a desejar como a falta de uma mesa / cadeira apropriada para poder trabalhar e a Smart TV não estar conectada a internet para poder acessar serviços de Streaming ou youtube. A geladeira estava com cheiro de alcool e não estava gelando,

Tivemos uma ótima experiência nos flats do Mercure Boulevard. Optamos por incluir o café da manhã que valeu a pena pela variedade. A localização é privilegiada, a pouquíssimos kms dos principais aparelhos turísticos. A equipe muito acolhedora, em especial a recepcionista Camila que foi incrivelmente hospitaleira com dicas sobre Belém. No flat, sugiro apenas um varal para estender roupas na área de serviço e um ferro de passar.
