This is a hidden gem. Staff communication was immediate, check-in was seamless, and the accommodations clean and tasteful. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this location.

Excellent property in a great location. Close to the tram and easy access throughout Milan. The check in process is a bit complicated and the E9.50 per night tourist tax is a bit high and surprising. The front desk staff are excellent and the room was great. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything. I would highly recommend this property. Lots of great restaurants with walking distance.

Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room bearable. Only the following day did technicians come and repair the AC, which confirmed that there was in fact a real technical problem all along. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually fixed, it was frustrating that our concerns were initially dismissed rather than taken seriously. The apartment itself is in a good location, but the lack of responsiveness and the way the situation was handled negatively impacted our two-night stay. I hope management improves how guest complaints are addressed in the future.

I rate this hotel as excellent because it couldn't be rated any better. Super modern, stylish, everything works as described, clean, quiet, a professional and friendly staff, excellent location, and close to great shopping, dining, and attractions

La habitación impecable todo está nuevo y cuentan con todo para cocinar y lavar ropa y trastes, buenos espacios y el personal siempre amable y muy atento. Tiene gym pequeño pero también impecable y con lo mínimo necesario.
