If I could give this property 6/5 stars I would! Excellent location in SP, lovely apartment, great communal facilities, excellent communication and even extended our check out to save us having to wait around for an appointment outside with luggage! Would highly recommend and stay again.

Would be nice if the property could provide cleaning service for long stay. Taking our case for example, we stayed over 7 days and property couldn’t provide at least once cleaning service….. that’s the only suggestion I would like the property administration could take into consideration.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa! O apartamento estava extremamente limpo, organizado e muito bem equipado. Possui fogão, forno, micro-ondas, geladeira grande, fervedor elétrico e ferro de passar, ou seja, tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A cama é muito confortável, assim como os travesseiros e as roupas de cama, que estavam impecavelmente limpos. A localização é excelente, em uma região muito segura e com tudo por perto. É possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé, sem necessidade de carro. Há padaria, mercado, shopping, farmácia, estação de metrô e diversas opções de lanchonetes e restaurantes. O condomínio também é um grande diferencial, contando com uma piscina enorme, academia, espaço pet e área kids. A segurança é excelente, com acesso ao prédio por reconhecimento facial e entrada no apartamento por fechadura eletrônica com senha. O único ponto negativo é a falta de vedação no vão da janela, o que permite a entrada de ruídos e da temperatura externa, principalmente do frio. Como sugestão, seria interessante disponibilizar uma garrafa térmica, já que o apartamento oferece todos os demais utensílios básicos. Sobre o estacionamento, há várias opções pagas nas proximidades, além de Zona Azul em frente ao prédio. Na rua lateral existe um excelente estacionamento parceiro, com funcionamento 24 horas, por R$ 35.

Excelente localização, muito limpo e equipado. Cama confortável e chuveiro excelente. O único ponto de ressalva foi a falta de filtro de água na cozinha, o que não chegou a ser um problema, visto que o prédio conta com minimercado, além de vários mercados próximos.

O estúdio é muito organizado, bem decorado e tem tudo que você precisa para sua estadia. Eu apenas teria uma consideração a fazer: a pressão da água do banheiro é forte e a pia minúscula, por isso, quando abre a torneira do banheiro cai água para todo lado. Senti falta de um pano de chão e ficava secando toda hora com papel. Importante considerar que não tem limpeza (como em hotel) e não tem reposição de papel higiênico, se acabar, tem que sair para comprar. A localização é ótima e tranquila. Tem uma padaria a poucos metros, bem como cafeteria e estacionamento próximo.

Si bien el departamento tiene mucho amenities, además de una localización espectacular. NO ES PARA mas de una pareja. La habitación muy justa, y el BAÑO es diminuto. Lo recomendaría para una persona o una pareja, como yo fui con mi hijo pequeño ya resulto muy pequeño. El edificio de primer nivel al igual que la seguridad y el trato, muy practico y totalmente equipado.
