Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded

Please stay away from this "Hotel". They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess. They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me. It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran...
