We loved the complimentary breakfast and delicious coffee. The beach view was breathtaking, and being right on Cerritos Beach lets you fully experience its unique vibe. Such a convenient and wonderful place to stay!

Very clean hotel, staff is wondeful and beach is just a few steps away from the hotel. We loved the view of the ocean from off our Balcony. The hotel was very quiet. The bartender Juan was amazing. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

You cannot find a better location close to the surf. From our balcony we could check out the surf. Breakfast was included every morning. The room had a small kitchen, microwave, full fridge and a comfortable mattress. Parking was right out front. Try staying on the lower floors as this place has a lot of stairs and the restaurant bar and pool are at the top. If you need to rent boards or umbrellas and beach chairs see Chui just out front. There are also a lot of beach front restaurants really close by.

It was really close to the beach. You need to park at the top. They give you a key for the sliding glass door and it is quite tricky and hard to open and close. There is no safe and only body wash. The workers were really nice and we ate there and had drinks so that was quick and easy. The view is obstructed so the pictures on the website must be old. But it was still great location but would have been a great place to hang out if not for that. Felt bad for the owner. But I was there for the surf and beach. So I would stay there again overall.

Cerritos is amazing! If you love surfing, Desert Moon is the best place to stay. You can see the waves from your window and step outside right onto the beach. Jaun, the Riptide Bar's bartender was so fun to hang out with and makes the most beautiful margaritas!

Staff is an excellent team, they were very helpful during checkin, breakfast and checkout. Room was comfortable, clean, and well . maintained. Art is everywhere by the way. Surely I will stay at Desert Moon again

Great place to stay on the beach of Cerritos. Staff is great. The pool is refreshing. Nice to have a typical mexican breakfast included with your stay. The price is great too!

Great place to relax

The staff was wonderful and so nice. It was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach! Could have used shampoo and conditioner in the room (beach hair), but soap was provided. The rooftop deck was a great spot for sunsets and the infinity pool was refreshing. Breakfast was provided and the food was good.

Pura Vida

Amazing stay for us. Ocean waves are a constant soundtrack. Probably the most relaxing, and efficient beach vacation for us yet. Between the beach views, the killer cocktails, that bomb ceviche, and awesome staff...it was perfect for us. We'll be back.

Surfers paradise! We loved this small surf community with complimentary eggs and ham for breakfast. Not wheelchair accessible all rooms are stair access. Beach has chairs, umbrella and surf lessons for rent. We would totally stay here again and had a great experience!!!
