Located next to the Putra Jaya MRT station so super convenient for going anywhere in KL. Comes with both AC and fan. You can buy bottled water in a vending machine in the lobby. A big minus was the elevator. Very slow so there is always a line in the lobby waiting to go up and it takes forever and is super crowded every time I take it.
