This hotel is quite exceptional. I been in many cities and a few countries. None compare to the quality of Roami in Minneapolis. Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott are like a Motel 6 im comparison to Roami

Amazing hidden gem!! Laundry on site, staff made out stay incredible, views, I can’t say enough good things about this property! This is our go to when visiting Minneapolis, I won’t anywhere else!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the little details. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay and extended it. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. Had check in issues initially but was able to call and get handled quickly. Parking is also a big plus. Will definitely book again however will choose higher upper floor.

Room was amazing and the pickleball court was a huge plus. The complimentary snacks and drinks were above and beyond. Only things I can say is it was a tad warm in the room even at the lowest cold setting at max power, the pull out couch was a little hard on the body and I wish there was rollaway beds available. Beyond those small things everything else was perfect and I would give it 5 stars if not for those minor issues. Staff was also extremely friendly.

Our booking was very last minute because of flight issues. This hotel was the best price for a 20 minute walk to Target Field to watch a baseball game. My wife and I were thrilled with the room. It was actually a very new & modern apartment style. A stellar perk for us was that it also had a washing machine and dryer in it because our luggage didn’t arrive with us so it was fantastic to clean all our clothing and continue our trip home with fresh clothes:)

Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and affordability.

Worst hotel check in and customer service experience my family has ever had. I was on and off the phone with customer service for the entire duration of our travel (8 hours driving...) This company could not run a simple credit card transaction or figure out how to cater and pivot to a resolution until we pulled up to the traffic light in front of our hotel. "Pay at the property" did not exist even though it was advertised as so. The space and the room was great but this customer service was so bad I couldn't recommend to anyone I like.

Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay on and would not come to fix it. The couch was small and uncomfortable and you can't lay down on it as it's only loveseat sized. Make sure to use the QR code in the lobby for parking as it's a lot cheaper than paying in the garage.

The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not recommend

We had to switch rooms because we extended our stay. I discussed this with one of the night clerks who left that info in a note for the day staff. The clerk said they would give us a late checkout and early check in. Neither my spouse nor I could be present at the normal 11:00 a.m. checkout due to work. Our 14 and 10 year old kids were in the room expecting a late checkout. Instead, the staff started knocking on the door at 11 am demanding that they leave. They entered the room at noon without consent. I arrived shortly after noon to find my kids sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage and other belongings. This was a very unpleasant experience for my kids. To their credit, after I spoke to staff they put us in a room right away. I just wish they would have done that without putting my kids through an eviction with no reassurance about what would happen next. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking is indoor, attached to the hotel for a very reasonable cost. We would stay there again.
