Suite was beautiful and immaculately clean! Super nice amenities and gorgeous views. Front desk was super kind and helpful. Surroundings were brand new and quiet. Awesome experience all the way around.

Great place for family stay and my family wants to visit again. But the bedding pillow was too high for my husband and he had trouble sleeping. Bedding was comfortable but not the best compared to other hotels. Interior was excellent with nice view and great kitchen area. It had LG Styler which we can refresh our clothes which was awesome. It is very decent upscale residence type hotel.

체크인 시 응대한 남자 직원 기본 예의가 없는 무례한 인간이라 끔찍했다. 수영장 사용 관련 아무 설명도 안해놓고 설명서에 아쿠아슈즈 착용 요건을 내가 발견하고 문의를 시작하자 집요하게 지가 말하겠다고 큰소리로 같은 말(내가 말해도 되겠냐 이 소리 반복)을 계속 반복하며 모욕적으로 말끊는 거 보고 뭐 저런 인간이 다있지 싶었다. 말을 몇마디 시작도 안했는데 "내가 말해도 되겠습니끼, 내가 말해도 되겠습니까, 내가 말해도 되겠습니까"를 반복적으로 연이어서 계속 말한다면 당하는 사람에겐 모욕이다. 단어 하나만 뱉어도 저런식으로 말하며 말끊던데 서비스직이 아니라 친구사이에도 해서는 안될짓을 하더라. 세계 각국 호텔을 다녀봐도 그런 응대는 난생 처음이라 잊지 못할것 같다. 호텔은 깨끗했는데 화장실 불이 들어오지 않아 비상손전등 사용했음. 불쾌한 직원과 소통하기 싫어 프런트에 알리지 않고 손전등으로 하루 버티고 퇴실했다.

새로 지은 오피스텔형 호텔이라 장기 투숙하기에는 적합하나 1박 2일로 출장온 나에게는 별로였음. 아직 새 건물 새 가구 냄새가 너무 많이 나고, 무엇보다 수영장을 이용하려고 방문한건데 수영장이 공사중이라 이용할 수 없어서 별로였다. 5성급 치고 가격은 싼편

신축건물이라서 룸컨디션은 최상입니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 아직 완벽하게 셋팅이 되지않아서 아쉽네요. 수영장 미오픈, 조식 메뉴중 한 메뉴가 떨어졌을때 리필되지 않는문제, 안내판이 아직 완성되지않아 건물내에서도 많이 헤맸습니다. 이런부분 개선되면 정말좋은 숙박시설인것 같습니다.

26년 신규 오픈이어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 스타일러가 비치되어 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 다만, 공사때문에 역까지는 조금 멀었던게 아쉬웠지만, 그래도 이용하기 나쁘지 않았어요. 부산역과도 가까워서 좋았음. 재래시장도 가까웠음.
