Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location right in Liverpool city centre. Everything was easily accessible and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in.
