Der Checkin Prozess hat nicht funktioniert. Obwohl angeblich die Matratzen ausgetauscht wurden, waren sie durchgelegen oder von schlechter Qualität. Der Zigaretten Rauch der unteren Stockwerke zog hoch, sodass trotz Wärme die Fenster verschlossen bleiben mussten
