Excellent staff who were over the top accommodating and an excellent value option for Grand lake. Will be on my short list for places in the area to stay in the future, thank you!
Cabin is very clean, which is nice because I am kind of a clean freak. The cabin, I would consider more along the lines of a hunting or fishing cabin. It’s older on the inside & dated, however it’s very reasonably priced & clean for a one night stay. Communication with the host was quick by text, number located on office door. Check in was easy, digital door locks. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park & easy to find. Downtown area is great! I highly recommend Bighorn Bagels & Otherside Gear & Coffee Shop & Fire Fly Pizza. We enjoyed our stay.
The place is cute and no hassle and the staff is very kind and accommodating, and I love how they went to so much trouble to find all the things I have to do with fishing cause I was in the trout cabin and all the decorations were so adorable! I wish I could’ve stayed tonight, but it was booked

Went with family overnight. The pull out sofas were not comfortable at all, the lady Cleaning the cabins seemed like the only employee. She was super sweet.
Cute rustic cabin. SUPER CLEAN!!! I have stayed in 5-star hotels that were not any cleaner! Anna the cabin manager was amazing, great communication and was super quick and helpful for the couple of small things we needed. We would definitely stay again!
Excellent customer service received from Anna, she was very helpful and gracious. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a happy and wonderful experience
It is an old property but well maintained and very clean. The property manager was super helpful and very friendly. The location was great, a couple of blocks into the heart of downtown. Maybe because it was just outside of downtown, or maybe because it was older, or maybe because it lacked a pool, but the price was very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend for the traveler that just needs a clean, quiet place to stay.
Clean room! Close to Grand Lake Village! Rustic feel! We enjoyed ourselves! Queen size bed was very comfortable! The room had fans to plug in (for summer)! Bring an extension cord to plug in - so fans can move (be placed) where needed! Nice place and get away!
Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place.

The quality of the residence is poor compared to the price charged. This is a very old building. The amenities are old. The place where we were given the room was right next to a dumpster.
Cabin was clean and neat. Staff asked if we need additional bedding stuff. They City market just beside the property. Only thing they should mention clearly on listing that AC is not available and they should provide table fans instead of small fan in bedroom.
Won't recommend this property to anyone. The cabin did not have basic amenities like toilet paper. The office did not respond to our requests and we had to buy toilet paper ourselves from the market.
Overall terrible experience
