The building is older and the couches can use some cleaning. Other than that, everything else is fine. Clean beds and towels. I would recommend booking the bay view or ocean front view if available. Overall, Its a decent place for it's price point.

It's outdated, the water pressure is weird, and none of the tub drain clogs worked. But the area was nice, it was clean, and the people were friendly. You get what you. Pay for on this one.

The unit had obviously not been used in a while. The deck furniture was quite dirty, and the outside steps were covered with pine cones and branches. The water had not been used in a while. It coughed and sputtered before brown nast water appeared. It needed to be for a while, and we never did drink it. Location o 4th unit you get matters, and we did get the unit on the main road, furthest from the beach. But that is understood. The bottom line is the room was not expensive, and the value for the dollar was not too far out of wack.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor issues like the drain plug being broken in the bathroom, a broken shelf in the fridge and fish bait left outside on the balcony. But we still had a great time. Loved that it was soo close to the beach. It was beautiful and we even saw bunnies on the property. Loved the convenience of the pots and pans inside the room and the little park and outdoor activities located just five mins from the room. Great place to spend your vacation(:
