Great place to stay for the value. Definitely has the 5 star amenities. The restaurant was really good and the pools were really nice. The rooms were very well kept and the views from the top of the apartment were gorgeous. Also a short walk to a very nice beach. Was a great place to spend our final days of vacation in the Algarvae!

The staff were very friendly, and all "customer-facing" staff spoke excellent English. They were engaging with us as we asked dumb questions about the country and local area, and tried to learn a little low-level Portuguese. The pools areas were very good.

We stay in the big apartmant with 4 people and we stay 3 days and we get just 4 coffee caps they never bring on the next day and they told me in the reception it was just for all one week 🙈 And they charged me 35€ for a soup which was broken and i put to the garbage. Hotel was very expensive but i will never come back there.

After 4 days staying we get just for 4 people 4 capsules of cafe 🙈 5 stars hotel And they charge us for the soap which the bottle was broken and we put to garbage and we had to pay 35€. I am traveling a lot but this happened first time on my life. And they charge my credit card after 8 hours when i check out
