Spacious and clean accommodation

Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area.

Very happy with our stay.

This is a apartment with a small kitchenette. We were on ground floor with own outside door to small patio overlooking laid out grass area. Great for our 2 little dogs. Nice park next to building for walking dogs. Had a settee and tv. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wifi very good. Unfortunately plates in cupboard had not been washed from previous occupants or l would have given perfect score. Charged 7 euros for dogs.

Cet hébergement n’a pas de climatisation dans les chambres, de plus, il s’agit d’une maison de retraite aux personnes âgées valide, ce qui n’est spécifié, nulle part. Je n’ai pas dormi dans cet établissement été obligé de prendre une chambre ailleurs.

Réservation pour 2 adult et 1 enfant , les adults ont droit a lit et linge pour le lit par contre pour l'enfant un tout petit canapé que s'ouvre même pas et même pas droit a un simple drap pour le canapé ou une serviette pour la douche. Décevant. Prix raisonnable, propreté pas Ouf.

Hébergement au calme à seulement quelques kms de Moulins. Accueil surprenant, j'aurais aimé savoir qu'il s'agissait d'une résidence de séniors. Appartement spacieux, cuisine pratique malgré la vaisselle hébrechée. Par contre terme "appart hôtel" inapproprié, aucun service hôtelier, pas de ménage ni réassort des produits douche durant notre séjour (3 jours).

Je n'ai rien contre les personnes âgées, mais l appartement reste un endroit pour les personnes âgées, l'odeur est typique d'une maison de retraite. Notre matelas a été retourné cachant des grandes traces d'urine mélangé à du sang. Vaisselle négligée avec poêle inutilisable. On a dû s'en acheter une pour pouvoir manger. Même pas une cuillère en bois. Bref je ne reviendrais pas dans cet endroit.

Dommage que dans l'annonce il n'est pas précisé que les appartements hôtels se trouvent dans une résidence pour personnes âgées. Cependant, les appartements sont spacieux, agréables et calmes. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet à revoir clairement, il y avait 5 panières avec fruits, sachets thé et cacao, pains, confitures et yaourts c'est tout.

Rien à redire concernant la taille des appartements et la qualité de la literie, en revanche cela manque clairement de professionnalisme pour l'accueil tardif. Nous avons été reçu non pas par une veilleuse de nuit mais pas une agent d'entretien, qui voulait absolument que l'on règle les petits déjeuners lors de notre arrivée à 23h (après 12h de route), et qui nous a lâché un "Vous avez pas des espèces sinon ?" car visiblement personne ne lui avait expliqué les quelques manipulations requises pour le terminal de paiement par carte... Frigo non mis en route dans la chambre également. Si l'on comprend qu'il soit éteint lorsque la chambre est inoccupée, il paraitrait tout de même normal de tourner le thermostat pour qu'il soit un minimum froid lorsque les gens arrivent.

2e fois que je viens. Cette fois un petit studio avec 1 lit simple et un seul oreilner tout plat. Dommage. Par contre tres propre, calme et correctement equipé. Bemol : quand a votre arrivé on vous dit a gauche apres la receptipn prenez a droite. Ils m'ont fait le coup a chaque fois. En plus, numeros des chambres ne sont pas dans l'odre. C'es tun pue dure de s'y retroyber

concept original

Le concept est original! Un "appart' hôtel" au sein d'une résidence pour personnes âgées. Beaux studios bien lumineux, vastes et confortables, avec une petite terrasse. Le secteur est très calme, aucun problème de stationnement. Le GPS est indispensable pour trouver la résidence, particulièrement bien cachée. Seul le petit déj, un peu basique, laisse à désirer.

Simple mais parfait comme d’habitude.

Je loge régulièrement dans cet hébergement lors de mes déplacements professionnels à Moulins. C’est atypique et agréable de ne pas être dans un hôtel anonyme. Possibilité d’échanger avec les adhérents. Studio au Rez de chaussée, qui donne sur les champs, simple calme et propre. Il manque juste un ventilateur en cet période de canicule. Mais la Chambre était à 25 au plus fort, donc supportable.

En fait c’est un EPHAD qui loue des chambres ! C’est déprimant. Et il n’y a rien autour. Pas de restauration possible le soir à l’EPHAD. Nul sauf si vous avez 90 ans. Et en plus cher !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, qui se trouve en réalité au sein d’une résidence accueillant également des personnes âgées. Ce point n’était pas mentionné dans la description, et il me semble important de le préciser, car cela peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde, même si le concept en lui-même est tout à fait respectable. Les parties communes, notamment les couloirs, rappellent davantage un établissement médicalisé, autant dans l'aménagement que dans l’odeur ambiante. Cela crée une atmosphère particulière qui peut surprendre. Concernant la chambre : elle était spacieuse et propre, ce qui est un bon point. En revanche, la literie manquait de confort et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pendant la nuit, ce qui a affecté la qualité du sommeil. En résumé, c’est un lieu qui peut convenir pour une halte rapide, mais il est essentiel que les spécificités de l’établissement soient mieux indiquées dans l’annonce.
