Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area.

Great place

Very nice hotel, during my stay they had issues with room temperature, but they did all they could to assist. You need to know that roooms will not be refilled with shampoo, coffee and so on since they consider themselves to be more of an apartment hotel, however reception always finds a way to support you if needed.

Deliveries at 3am right outside a ramp, very loud, unable to sleep, AC not working, gym isn’t as advertised and I wouldn’t pay €20 a day for that breakfast

The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

Je suis reste au Residhome Suites Paris Sénart pendant 7 jours avec ma famille dans une suite. Lorsque je suis sorti pour aller faire un voyage vers le sud, j'ai oublie 2 vestes dans le placart. A mon retour au Residhome avant mon depart, je fais signifier a l'equipe de l'incident, ils me disent que les vestes n'y etaient pas. C'est qui est faux. Bref, j'ai perdu 2 ensemble vestes pour homme de grande valeur.

Et bien arrivé sur place pour réservé le restaurant depuis l'accueil, j'ai essuyé un refus. A moi de voir avec le bar. Puis j'avais pris chambre Lux, et bien pas pas d'eau chaude, ascenseur en panne et pas de bouteille d'eau dans le frigo. Pour un 4 étoiles !!!
