Residhome Suites Paris SĂ©nart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area.

Deliveries at 3am right outside a ramp, very loud, unable to sleep, AC not working, gym isn’t as advertised and I wouldn’t pay €20 a day for that breakfast

The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

ProblÚme de qualité

À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons rencontrĂ© un problĂšme qui n’a malheureusement pas pu ĂȘtre rĂ©solu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type europĂ©en Sa rĂ©action s’est limitĂ©e Ă  un simple « dĂ©solĂ© », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissĂ©s un peu dĂ©munis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation Ă  Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immĂ©diatement et a su rĂ©gler le souci avec efficacitĂ©. GrĂące Ă  elle, nous avons finalement passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Nous tenons Ă©galement Ă  remercier la dame Ă  la peau mate avec des rasta, qui a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et professionnelle. Un conseil : il faudrait davantage de collaborateurs comme Olivia et cette dame, car leur sens du service fait vraiment la diffĂ©rence

Dommage que l on soit obligĂ© de payer la nuitĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©ment du restaurant sous pretexte d impayĂ© alors que l on nous demande une caution de 150 euros. Ma sociĂ©tĂ© me demande 1 seule facture si resto + hotel dans le mĂȘme ets. Du coup , suis contraint de diner Ă  l extĂ©rieur. Sinon l hotel est de bon standing.
