This was a 5 star glamping experience. The deck overlooking the river was amazing. I could relax on that deck all evening after floating the river. Location was perfect for the top of the river and the hot pools. Loved it!

The cabins are so clean, comfortable and very close to everything. The fire pit was such a great addition to our stay. Overall this is the best place to stay when visiting Lava Hot Springs.

We really liked the location and the patio with views of the river and mountains; the sound of the water was very relaxing. It is a very safe and peaceful place. I was really disappointed because we wanted to stay for 10 nights but they only had 4 available; that was a letdown. I would rent it again πŸ˜€

We booked a deluxe cabin not knowing what we were going to get and were pleasantly surprised by what we got. A nice, clean, quiet cabin, great for families! We will definitely be coming back and staying again.

There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels.
