    Great for an overnight stop

    Perfect for one night to break up our journey back to the ferry. We needed somewhere with secure off road parking as we had bikes on the back of our van. This was ideal as it had a gate that was locked at night and you could park right near your apartment. Beds were very comfortable and nice spacious layout. My boys loved the bonus of the pool. Drawbacks toilet is downstairs separate from the upstairs bathroom and there isn’t an oven in the kitchen area.

    Great place for a quiet stay

    As a base to get to Carrefour it is very convenient. It is outside of the city so you need a car or taxi. Great for a quiet stay and the wifi worked !

    Great stop off

    Great for a family stay. 2 night stop over in Nantes, heading for southern France. Roomy aparthotel. Bonus of swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. We last stayed there about 10 years ago and was just as pleasant now as then.

    Excellent 2 level overnight or long-term accommodation, with well-organized kitchen, cooking facility, fridge and microwave. Good internet, clean rooms, lovely living area, enough amenities, just toilet is downstairs, but manageable. Free onsite safe parking. Good value for money. Check in staff friendly.

    Lots of space - the apartment is quite big. The staff on reception are really friendly & it was no problem arriving after reception shut as they left our keys in a safe for us. The pool is a definite advantage!key or us.

    Only staying for one night but the appartment was clean, plenty of room for us (5). Kitchen well equipped. Pool looked nice but we didnt have time to use. We sidnt go into Nantes so cant comment on handiness in that respect but was easy to get to the hotel.

    Decent stay, annoying deposit scheme

    A very nice villa, which was way more than we needed for a single overnight stay to visit Nantes, but served us really well. A strange location, a load of holiday villas in the middle of a business park by the main road into the city, but did make it easy to get to. Didn't have time to use the pool, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The deposit required on arrival is annoying, and the amount too high, especially as it's done on trust that they will return it - there's no joint inspection on check-out.

    No 24 reception to complain about noise. There were people partying very loud after midnight. Can not recommend the breakfast there either. The toilet has no sink to wash your hands. You need to go into another bathroom for that. Freezer door was broken. No shampoo in the shower. I could continue with issues but it's not worth my time

    The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either despite speaking to an agent while boarding the plane. I was forced to drive around Nantes for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation, finally booking in to Novotel at 12.30 am at a cost of 125 euros On day two, I was finally allowed to book in to Zenitude, who gave no apology, no refund and didn't want a copy of my credit card. Don't bother booking these apartments
