Well appointed and immaculately clean with great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst not the newest building, it has been refurbished thoughtfully and you have the benefit of more spacious rooms. The property has a great central location that I felt safe to walk to and from in the evening as a female traveller. Have booked again for future trips.

Trust me I’ve been to Auckland many many times Stayed at great hotels, quality, prices up or down ! But this place was absolutely perfect, 5 mins to train station, 5 to 10 mins from as many bars and eateries. Too many to choose from 20 mins from casino for you party animals This is my go to place from now on And the best part “ NO HILLS “

Our apartment was clean and comfortable with kitchen and full fridge. We had a corner room with balcony and views over the harbour. Whilst we were only there overnight (due to delay in connecting flight) the hotel team were very friendly and helpful. Location is very walkable to Harbourside.
