You must stay here!

From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and shown around. We were also informed of a festival in town, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. In our room was a hand-written note and breakfast the next morning was served with a smile and a wonderful conversation. Details are key here and we could not be happier we chose Paul Wiesinger to celebrate my husband's birthday. We hope to be back soon.

Best hotel in the Dolomites

Check in was efficient and enjoyable. Parking was straightforward upon arrival (easily accessible parking garage - connected to hotel). The rooms and facilities were clean. The design of the rooms and facilities was the best of 4, 4-star and 5-star hotels we stayed in during a week-long adventure through the Dolomites. Would have loved to have stayed in this hotel for our entire journey. The rooms are spacious with exceptional comforts. The location is in the middle of the small village - easy walk to restaurants, etc. We hope to return in the future.

The Paula Wiesinger Apartments are a top-notch home away from home located in the beautiful Siusi area of Italy. The attention to detail is exceptional in all areas of this property. The location is excellent for travelers to the Alpe de Siusi region. The property is walking distance to info booths, the bus station, the Alpe de Siusi Cable Car, and restaurants. ROOM: The room itself was extremely clean, large, modern, and comfortable. Quality room amenities were provided to add luxury to our enjoyable stay. AMENITIES: This property will make you feel like you are a VIP guest! The sauna/wellness area is exquisite, with relaxation rooms, saunas, and everything you could imagine for unwinding after hiking, skiing, or just traveling. The attention to detail is apparent, and the staff keeps everything well-maintained. The breakfast and afternoon appetizers reflect the same detailed care; food provided is fresh, local, high quality, and delicious. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities. HOSPITALITY: Expedia sent me emails saying there was no front desk at this property - that is incorrect! The front desk was staffed by the manager, Michael, or other staff members (such as Hilde) at all times. Service provided by all was exceptional, including directions, restaurant recommendations, etc... We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and highly recommend this location for travelers who come to Siusi. We would love to return and hope to stay here again.

This is an exceptional property ! The staff is well trained and informed on any subject in the area of Siusi, Castelrotto,Italy . The manger Michael is there from crack of dawn till late evening along with Daniela and complete staff to answer questions ,give directions , recomendations and history of area . All are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Entire propery rooms , restaruant,lobby,saunas and excerise area clean and up to date. Highly recomend this hotel . To many amenities to mention!
