Support from Roberto and his team was spot on, very helpful! The hotel and our room was looking a little bit bruised in a few areas, otherwise a decent quality contemporary hotel in a good location next to a small quiet beach. Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime.
