Clean room, the staff were very friendly, the kitchen had all of the pots, pans, etc needed. The laundry room came with detergent powder. 10/10 I recommend. They even have a very nice fitness center you can go to separated from the hotel about a 5 min walk.

Hello Travellers, Well I have never stayed at the Verui Green Square before and so happy I did. From the warm friendly check in to the simple but stylish room it was a winner for me. Loved the room bed and pillows excellent and the shower amazing. But also it's only 5 mins from the train station to the city as well as bus. This property is quiet and affordable. I will be back. The hotel was perfect, much nicer than expected and a great location for my nephew and his young son to get out and explore Sydney. The room was spacious and quiet even though it was very close to Broadway and transport. The interiors were smart and the timber beams and columns added lots of character.

The location is 20 minutes walk from the nearest train station (central station), 15 minutes walk to the popular Hay Market, and few minutes walk to Broadway Mall. The reception staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. The room is big with full kitchen and washer & dryer. It looks like newly remodeled and a very comfortable bed and pillows

My stay was marred by two main issues. First, a lightbulb in my room was out for the majority of my stay and was only repaired right before I left. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. And the hotel is still holding my check-in deposit over a month after checkout. I have yet to see the funds returned.
