We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room cool throughout our stay. The property was peaceful, well cared for, and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance of both the beach and Calle 5ta, where all the action is in Playa del Carmen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is more of a boutique-style hotel. While it is beachfront, there isn’t direct beach access for swimming. One thing I especially appreciated was the nighttime security, which made me feel safe and comfortable. We would definitely return and stay here again.

A charming and peaceful seaside hotel. We liked it a lot. I could suggest a rail to assist getting in and out of the pool, softer pillows. The room and pool area were kept very clean. The beach area is small but adequate. I do suggest replacing beach umbrellas and beach chair cushions very soon. Carlos and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
