The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. I loved having a washer AND dryer. After traveling for 2 weeks, it was nice to leave the hotel with clean clothes. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was bountiful. Highly recommend.

Room & public areas were spotless & elegant & they were kept clean daily. Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant bookings. Hieu An & Truong Tan at the front desk are absolutely wonderful people that the Sherwood Suites are fortunate to employ. They were both very friendly & shared a warm smile & greetings whenever we saw them. All the employees went above & beyond to make us feel at home for our stay at the Sherwood Suites.

Hotel was fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. The best part was in the afternoon of our last day we were able to store our luggage after check out, and use the shower facilities on level 1 for no extra charge before our train journey in the evening. That kind of sevice makes all the difference for a family of four and we would highly recommend.

A stay couldn't be more satisfying at Sherwood Suites. The space here brings a feeling of both luxury and coziness like at home. Customer service is at a very high level, the staff is delicate in every small detail. The room is well taken care of, modern equipment. A true 5-star experience. It's worth experiencing!
