Great location near a lot of sites in Brisbane. Clean. Our suite had a full kitchen and laundry, which were very useful. A lot of space. Reasonably priced for the property. Staff were helpful. However, the room was very dim and poorly presented. There is no way around a lack of natural light in an inner city room. But the lighting inside was minimal and dingy. The second bedroom was a small, dark windowless box. And the beds were poorly made (short sheeted). In sum, it was good value, but needs some easy improvements.

Great location and nice staff, but… Very tired rooms with dirty carpets, sofa, pillows etc. Worst wifi I have had many few years, just did not work at all. There are better options withinin the same area, with a lot better value. I cannot recommend this one.
