Very happy with experience from start to finish. The staff were very good from welcoming to check out. The hotel is well located for all amenities. There are supermarkets and cafes, restaurants on the doorstep. Great communication with team re airport transport. We had a two bedroom apartment as we had our granddaughter with us. A useful kitchen.

Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests.

A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer!

Overall this was a fine hotel with an excellent location. 10 minutes to old town square and castle. Our downgrade has to do with it being listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a very good 3-star, no more. The place was clean and staff friendly and responsive. There really weren’t amenities to speak of, based on the star rating. If you want an AirB&B style with basically no amenities this is it. That’s not what we thought we were getting.

The room was okay, but not great, it wasn’t regularly cleaned, just had the bins changed daily, when we got to the room there was a small bit of rubbish left on bedside table must of been from previous guests, the upstairs bit was very dusty, we just felt like there was crumbs on the floor for days that weren’t cleaned (would of done it ourselves if we had a dustpan and brush) the staff were nice, but just didn’t feel that it was great value for money, the location is brilliant though, also the heated floor in the bathroom is was nice.

I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly.
