I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is a very simple and kind man. The hotel is situated very close to the center, fifteen minutes walk to the center. It is very quiet at night and safe. i stayed there for five nights. I have very good memories.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Bit out of the way but they were happy to help us out with organising transport (bicycles and a car to the airport). Was hard to find!
Pro:
- Room is clean and spacious.
- Pool is nice.
- Breakfast was delicious.
Con:
- Blinds are only one layer messing you can't open it without people seeing into your room.
- Upon check in, we were approached right away about booking a show. This could have waited until after had gone into our room and settled down. Instead we were blind sighted and taken advantage of while tired from travel. The dinner show was not good - good was below average for both western and Khmer cuisine.
- Shower is open, therefore, way gets everywhere when you take a shower.
- A bit remote and hard for tuk tuk to find. There are two hotel with the same name and most tuk tuk knitted the other one. Make sure you take a card or it'll be hard to get back.
- The hotel is near a road where a strong sewage smell can be scented. You don't smell it at the hotel but getting to the hotel you will smell it.
- Three nights of staying there and only saw someone at the reception once it twice. Doesn't make you feel very secure.
- No safe to look your things in.
- Only one key provided so if you are in a group you'll need to stick together.
Location is a little out of town and a good walk to pub street but that means it's quiet here and you can sleep! The pool is nice and there are 5 loungers you can lie on that have fresh towels all the time. Hotel staff are nice and will arrange tuk tuks for you if you aren using Grab or want a temple tour.
Recommended.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Overall nice experience, helpful stuffs, big room with east facing balcony, nice cosy swimming pool, decent food. Surprisingly no lifts, climbing to 3rd floor was little exhausting, but stuffs were there to carry our luggages. Overall I would recommend staying in this villa.
Clean room. Simple but adequate breakfast. Friendly staff. Tuk tuk readily available upon request as not much amenities around property. TV reception very bad.
Bon rapport qualité/ prix : hébergement confortable avec balcon, climatisation, literie confortable. Le personnel est très agréable.
Par contre : un peu en péripherie de l'artère principale, climatisation située juste au dessus des lits donc désagréable.
Loved the hotel, service for food was good. Breakfast was excellent with fresh baguettes and fruit. Rooms were comfortable but did have silverfish on the floor (not alive). Good wifi and a/c and comfortable beds. Pool was great-towels always available. My only complaint was-we had the hotel send us a tuk tuk driver from the airport, he was very aggressive, shouting at other drivers. He was very hard to understand-He tried to get us to book a tour with him. We said we were not sure what we were doing. When we went into town-pub street, went for dinner and found an English speaking tour guide for the next day. When we were picked up the next morning-the tuk tuk driver approached ny wife and became very aggressive that we did not book him. She explained we did not book him and chose an English speaking guide for the temples...he was in her face and hostile. She walked away from him. His aggression made us very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff and George -the other tuk tuk driver was awesome. Luckily the rest of staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.
My kids and I stayed here for a month... We were volunteering at schools here in Cambodia and it was perfect for our long stay. This place was amazing for kids and families, and I loved the peaceful location.
The entire staff and tuk tuk drivers were incredibly friendly and lovely. The welcome drinks, breakfasts, pool, rooms and location were amazing. When we go back to Siem Reap, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️.
Great service and staff! They kept my lost swimsuit safe, and woke early just to make us breakfast on the way to see the sunrise. Everything was excellent except for the stuffiness in the room's bathroom. We had a great stay!
