Clean room. Easy check in and parking. Small downside was equipment in the kitchen. There was no oil or baking paper as an example. We booked the place because it was our own apartment. But overall very nice place.

Well situated accommodations at south end of Rotorua away from traffic and easier access to the many attractions outside of town. Apartments are large with comfortable beds and sitting area, really nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Decent kitchen area and a real bonus of having a washer and dryer.

Great accommodation and amenities. Looked recently updated all around. The weakest point was the bed, but most beds we have used on our trip were similar. The staff were nice and the location was great.
