Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. No cleaning service was provided for our room, some receptionists were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the air conditioning was not functioning. These issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.

Absolutely LOVE CoWool Cergy. They are close to the train station, specifically the RER A Line, very clean, very quiet, and the staff is amazing! 10/10 will stay there again.

A very nice hotel in Cergy within a 10 minute walk of the Port and an easy walk to the train, bus station and shopping. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and good. The staff were extremely accommodating.
