At time of booking I was not notified that the pool area including pickle ball and tennis courts would be closed due to pool maintenance. I was closed for the last week of our stay. But other than that the stay was enjoyable. I have stayed at this property countless times and find it to be the best value on the island.

Obviously an older place but with charm. The unit I stayed in looks to be recently updated . Beautiful, clean , spacious and conveniently located. I prefer this atmosphere vs high end stuffy resorts with long walks to my room.

parking was good, just didn't like the cement stairs to access our condo, difficult carrying a suitcase up the stairs when you are 70 yrs old, would have been nicer to receive the condos without the cement stairs on the hill. it was nice having washer and dryer in the condo, staff were excellent

Nice place, great location. Had most of what we needed. Would have been nice to have a salad bowl in the kitchen and the tv wouldn’t connect. Would have been nice to be able to borrow a cooler, or boogie boards, etc like our previous places have had. We bought a boogie board and left it. Hopefully the next guests can use it.

Was nice to have the kitchen and full size fridge. The facilities are paet residents, local company housing, walls and floprs are thin so heaby steps and closet open close.can be hear between units. Convenient location. We had a 2 bedroom/two bath so lots of space.for 2 adults. two kids, sofa bed available too. Javing washsr dryer in unit was also very helpful.

This was our first stay here and I loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Dukes is a great option for dinner. We love walking on the beach early in the morning. Banyon Harbor Resort is a short drive from the airport and located near grocery stores. The resort is centrally located so day drives can be easily done to many locations. We had a very nice stay.
