My parents-in-law from England stayed there for four days. They only speak English. From our point of view, all tourist accommodations should have someone on their team with a good level of English who is able to maintain a conversation. The Blue Windows´manager told me that, speaking English was not part of her “business model,” and I completely disagree. The only person who demonstrated this high level of professional communication was Ms. Sandra García. Thanks to Ms García, for her care and excellent attitude at all times when they need support.

Nice apartment complex & clean. Would be nice to have more lighting. Location is great & close to several restaurants, grocery markets, & attractions. Big refrigerator was nice compare to the tiny ones in hotels. Place is in need of coffee maker or electric kettle & iron. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Usedvanlig fantastisk service, hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Vi bestilte 3 netter i ulike rom, men hotellet tilpasset inn-og utsjekk, hjalp oss under hele oppholdet. De ringte til oss når neste rom var ledig for innsjekking. Veldig imponert! Flott hotell, fin terrasse på begge leilighetene, fult utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig hyggelig opplevelse.
