This is an excellent location from which to explore Maui. We would take the quick walk to the beach in the morning, explore the island in the afternoon and walk or drive to Kihei or Wailea for dinner. Pros: location, size of unit, kitchenette, free and ample parking, laundry, housekeeping, availability of host, clean pool, family atmosphere. As things get updated, it will be even better. We will be staying here again.

Overall this is a good place to stay for vacation. Location is perfect either going east or west. Just one thing they can improve. I’m ok with no liquid shower gel but they should replace the near-finished soap bar.

Everything was perfect, the staff were incredible, room was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, the room was beyond excellent and the cleaning staff checked on us everyday. There was a beautiful fruit basket in the room when we checked in. Within walking distance to Kīhei boat landing, only a couple miles from the best beaches in either direction and a Foodland. Great restaurants. Wish I had the words to describe how wonderful our stay was. Beyond perfect or anything I could have ever expected. Mahalo Maui Hill

Staff was amazing and nice! The GM is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. The property is beautiful and is a perfect walking distance for anything Kīhei/Wailea. Great TV channels as well. There are cute roosters, lizards and birds everywhere. Will be staying here again for sure!

This is an older but clean property. While it could benefit from some updating, it is well kept. It reminded me of the 1980s in many ways, but that also reflects the reasonable cost. Easy access to the beach. Near many great facilities and quiet. The staff including front desk, cleaning crew, and grounds people were nice.
