The staff was very helpful to assist with directions, q & a, and booking transportation to and from the property. Very friendly and gracious staff. The room was amazing and stocked with all the essentials needed for a stay. An amazing perk; the staff showing the property and explaining the process for check-in/out, maps, sitting areas, etc. The property had step-by-step instructions for appliance use and had a plug in adapter for travelers to borrow. Loved the price, cleanliness, staff, and location. On the top of the list as a stay!

We were upgraded to a Family Room with view to the Canal! It was wonderful! Very spacious 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed for 4 adults, kitchen and dinning table. We were welcomed with a Champagne bottle! It was perfect to celebrate my daughter’s 24th birthday. Great communication with host when we had hot water issue, resolved fast! Location is near to all the attractions.
