Logement PMR spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le canapĂ© lit est trĂšs confortable mais lit vraiment trop ferme. La salle de bain PMR est trĂšs spacieuse aussi, parfait si on est en fauteuil. C'Ă©tait agrĂ©able de pouvoir prendre sa douche sans avoir de difficultĂ© pour entrer dedans ou en sortir. Sinon petit soucis de communication pour l'arrivĂ©e tardive, on m'a dit que je recevrai un sms vers 17h vendredi avec les informations, rien donc j'ai rappelĂ© mais impossible de les joindre au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Le lendemain je les ai rappelĂ©, j'ai rĂ©ussi Ă  avoir la rĂ©ception, on m'a dit que je recevrai le sms avant 18h, 17h52 rien du coup je rappelle avant la fermeture de la rĂ©ception et lĂ  on me dit que j'aurai le sms aprĂšs 18h... C'est dommage que les informations qui m'ont Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©es au tĂ©lĂ©phone lors de mes diffĂ©rents appels et par mail aient Ă©tĂ© contradictoires car c'Ă©tait un peu stressant d'ĂȘtre dans l'incertitude. Au final j'ai bien reçu le sms pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ© et nous avons pu profiter de la chambre.

A l'arrivée ils m'annoncent un prix 20% plus cher car la remise memebre n'est pas passée mais il a fallu 20 min pour qu'ils comprennent. Arrivée dans le studio n°220 normes handicapées propriété médiocre, état de la Sdb horrible, le siÚge pour les handicapées je suppose que personne naurait eu envie de l'utiliser. Le lendemain j'informe et on me dit que ce studio n'a pas ete révové. Je remarque qu'en passant par votre plate-forme nous avons souvent les chambres anciennes et sales. Ceci est-il la norme chez vous ??? Bizarrement impossible d'importer des photos du bel état de la chambre.

En arrivant il fesais trĂšs froid dans la chambre. C'Ă©tait propre mais il y avait du carrelage de casser et la peinture qui s'Ă©caille a certains endroits. Il y a eu beaucoup de vent a Nantes ce weekend et nous l'avons senti dans la chambre il faudrait revoir l'isolation. Et pour finir mon compagnon ce retrouve avec un lumbago a cause de la literie donc pas cool

Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking change. Insisted that all claims for a refund should be with Expedia. I which I could copy and paste her email response, proving my point and her words. Very poor guest relations.

Établissement plutĂŽt agrĂ©able. Bien situĂ© pour visiter Nantes et la Loire pas trop cher. Terrasse agrĂ©able en bord de forĂȘt pour nous. Personnel agrĂ©able. Penser Ă  emmener de quoi Ă©quiper la cuisine. Seulement une louche, 1 dessous de plat, 1 passoire, 2 saladiers, 2 poĂȘles, quelques bols assiettes, tasses et verres, pas de couverts. Pas de serpilliĂšre et seulement un peu de produit vaisselle. Pas de nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. Des rangements pour les vĂȘtements. CanapĂ© convertible facile Ă  utiliser. Pas de Netflix. Linge de lit changĂ© une fois sur les 6jours. Serviettes changĂ©es tous les jours sauf le week-end. Attention la journĂ©e le parking est ouvert et ma trappe Ă  essence a Ă©tĂ© ouverte l’avant dernier jour sur 6 nuits.
