Very nice property! From the looks of the surrounding area, it looks like the property used to be much larger, including a golf course. But the resort itself was first-rate for the price. The staff were an absolute joy, and we have a great stay.

We stayed at 3 different resorts/bnb's and this was our favorite! The location is great for exploring volcano NP and South Point. The one bedroom suite was so spacious with a large kitchen/living room, and comfortable beds. Just make sure to do your grocery shopping ahead of time as there are not many options nearby!

The location with the views of the ocean are amazing along with the pool and hot tub. You have a 1 hour window to check in and if you miss it you have to be there at 8am the next morning. If you want an early start you need to wait until 8.

My wife and I loved this spot. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The view of the Ocean was excellent and the grounds were beautiful as well!
