We loved the location- very central to restaurants, bars and across street from beach. Room was clean.Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Dehumidifier also was helpful keeping room cool. Staff was helpful even carrying lounge chairs to beach for us. We were able to store our luggage after check out until our flight later in day. Communication with Mame Tree was excellent with quick response. There was construction but only 8-4 so didnt bother us at all. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Would definately stay again.

Major construction noises right outside our door (#6), no toiletries or hair dryer, no coffee maker, no blanket for bed (sheet only) Pros: very cute porch area with beautiful trees and bushes, watched the hummingbirds. Friendly construction staff, very polite about not sweeping sawdust on our heads as we walked the pathway to the beach across the street ,super close to beach. The cons were very minimal things (orher then the major construction noise) I would definitely stay there again in the future

We had an incredible time, location right in front of the beachfront It’s amazing, local restaurants really close by. It didn’t have a security guard like the other hotels had luckily all the area around is really safe no issues nothing to worry about. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again from this location if I’m in the area again. The restaurant right next-door to hotel. It’s excellent great prices and yummy food, you guys definitely gotta try the Passionfruit Mojito
