Great location. Very flexible check in options. We arrived after 6pm and the hotel staff gave us instructions on self check in. It is excellent value for the cost versus what you get. It’s very good. Great luggage forwarding option.

The room was really clean. There were beds for all 4 of us which was great! The air conditioner worked really well. The place was quiet. It isn’t close by any train stations, but walkable to bus stations. So we had to learn to use the bus system. It was really close to shopping and was in a great part of town that had everything we needed. The washer and how to dry the clothes were so easy and written out. We appreciated that so much. They even left us detergent to use while we were there.

It was incredibly convenient and comfortable to basically have my own apartment in a cozy neighborhood in north Kyoto, just a few miles from downtown and the main transit station. The amenities were more than adequate, and check-in and check-out were very easy. It was a joy to spend eleven nights there. Thank you, Ben!

Another good stay. Good basic and clean accommodation, being winter I did find it rather cold this time and could have done with another or thicker duvet but the accommodation itself lacks nothing, well positioned in a nice suburban area of Kyoto close to transport, and it's own shrines and onsens.
